Uncollected Photos

If you have forgotten to collect your photos within one of our venues, please follow the instructions below.

Send your picture-pal receipt and a stamped self addressed envelope to:

If you purchased key rings (marked KR on your receipt), please send us a small jiffy bag with a LARGE 1st class stamp (52p).

If you purchased credit card sized photos (marked CC on your receipt), please send a standard letter sized envelope with a 1st class stamp (32p).

If you purchased an A5 sized photo, please send an C5 (oversized A5) envelope with 1st class stamp (32p).

Please allow 7-10 working days for us to return your photos.

Due to the recent changes in royal mail postal charges & procedures, please ensure that you post your envelope with the correct amount of stamps for your photos. If you fail to enclose a Stamped Self Addressed Envelope (containing the correct stamp), we may not be able to deliver your photos.
